Designed and developed as on/off valves for general fluid media (air-water-steam-hydrocarbon), the ball valves are available in pipes sizes up to 42″ and in pressure ratings to 7500 psi.
Many designs of ball valves are available to meet all specific service conditions (floating or trunion mounted ball, single piece, double piece or three piece construction, fire-safe device, etc…).
Advantages: Quick quarter turn operation, light weight and compactness, great reliability, little resistance to the flow with minimum pressure drop, excellent sealing properties, self-wiping action of the seat when the ball rotates, easy maintenance.
For all the equipments, there are several alternatives that range from simple change of material (stainless steel, alloy, inconel …) to the following specifications adaptation of a pneumatic or electric motors, switches, commands distance…

These multi-turn valves are suited both to throttling and on/off flow control.

Advantages : Metal to metal seal; Easy replacement of the disc and the seat; The needle valve, as a kind of globe valve, allows accurate flow regulation.

For all presented valves, we can offer several alternatives going from simple change of the body/trim material (stainless steel, alloy, inconel…) to fitting in actuating and ancillary control equipment according to the customer’s specification (pneumatic or electric actuator, switches, remote control…).

These automatic devices prevent the reversed fluid flow. Opening/closing is initiated by the pressure differential. They are essential for the protection of pumps, compressors and other devices on the pipework.
